I recently shipped a 1.2m (48") high piece for bronze. This will be located on Staten Island, NYC.
The eagle was made in wax on styrofoam. After approval, I took molds off the surfaces and made epoxy/fibreglass patterns from which the bronze was cast.
I am also gearing up to teach 'introductory bronze casting' at Haliburton School of the Arts again.
